As an Account Manager at Fairstar Insurance, you will be responsible for assisting existing clients in finding and purchasing the best insurance policies to meet their individual needs. Your role will involve assessing existing client needs, researching the market, managing existing policies, and providing ongoing support and advice. You will act as an advocate for our clients and insurance companies , ensuring they receive the best possible coverage and service. RIBO with three years experience is mandatory. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate will communicate effectively and regularly with producers, clients, and underwriters to process, amend and maintain Commercial Lines policies. The Commercial Lines CSR works with internal teams, insurance markets, and vendors to manage the policy lifecycle of new and existing clients; entering data and helping 'raise the bar' on service.
